Well it has been a very busy few weeks indeed at Absolute Marquees!! We are proud to have once again provided marquees and equipment for Llandeilo’s Festival of Senses, Dinefwr Christmas Fair, Ystradgynlais Christmas Festival, Llanelli Christmas Carnival, Aberglasney Winter Gardens and Risca Winter Fair as well as a number of private parties and events. We even had time to squeeze in last minute bookings for Caerphilly Christmas Market and three bookings for a film company.

We would like to thank all of our customers for your valued custom and we wish you a very happy Christmas and a prosperous new year.

On Monday 2nd July 2018 GAVO were honoured to welcome His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales and Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Cornwall, to help GAVO celebrate 90 years of working with the Third Sector in Gwent.

The event was held at Botany Bay Adventure Centre in Tintern and Absolute Marquees Ltd provided the marquee for the occasion.  The Royal Party took the opportunity to talk to invited guests, to learn more about the wonderful work being delivered across Gwent.

At the end of their visit, The Royal Party unveiled a Commemorative Plaque and cut the celebration Cake.

We are very happy to be involved once again in supplying the marquees and changing rooms for the Urdd WRU 7’s Rugby Competition which is Wales Biggest Youth Rugby Tournament with up to 4, 500 young rugby players expected to be competing over the week, this year it was held in Pontcanna Fields in Cardiff and it is fantastic to see so many young Boys and Girls taking part and we even caught a glimpse of our marquees in use on S4C Heno programme on the 12th March 2018.

The marquees are very versatile and come in a variety of sizes to fit your needs, as you can see below they can be used for many different reasons such as changing rooms with internal dividers, reception or office, canteen or drinks station. Large events such as this will need baggage check in areas, referee lounge or even just as a shelter to get out of the wind and the rain if the weather isn’t too kind on the day.
